Return & Exchange Policy

All sales are final and as such, we strictly do not accept any refunds or returns on purchased items.

Items can be exchanged within 3 business days of receiving purchase and returned in original condition (tags attached, item unwashed, unworn, and unaltered). Exchange can only be made for the same design in different sizes. Exchange for other items only if the size required is out of stock.

Exchanges for articles which do not meet all mentioned conditions will be duly declined. All items are not to be soaked. If color runs due to this reason, item/s is strictly not exchangable.

The color of an item may vary slightly with what is displayed on our website due to the image lighting and different computer resolutions.

Free size items and accessories are not exchangeable.

The item is your responsibility until it reaches us. For your own protection, we recommend that you send the parcel using a delivery service that insures you for the value of the goods. Please keep the tracking code with you in case we shall need them for reference.

Brand new exact piece in new size once original item is received.

*If there is no size available for exchange, store credit will be issued equivalent to the initial purchase price*

    Product(s) Name:
    Reason for return (defect item; attach photo(s) if possible / change of size)

  1. Once the item has been received and assessed, customer will be notified when the exchanged item is being redelivered.
