Shipping

Rui offers shipping to Malaysia and Singapore with our store located in Kuching, Sarawak. All orders will be sent out via GDex.

All shipping charges will be charged at a flat rate basis. Below are the rates for your reference:

How long does it normally takes to ship out items once payment is made?
We will do our best to process your order within 24 hours and ship within the next 24 hours. Orders consists of backorder items will be processed in 3-4weeks, we will only dispatch your order once all items in your order are ready.

Can I request for my ready stock items to be shipped first?
If your order consists of both ready stock & backorder items and you'd like to receive your ready stock items first, direct message us on instagram @shoprui to arrange. A separate postage fee will be incurred and the postage charges are to be borne by customers.

What if my parcel goes missing?
Do note that as soon as the parcel is shipped from our side, the liability of the parcel lies with the courier service and we are not responsible for any lost of parcel.
