In-Store Shopping

Most products featured on our website are also available at our retail store. However, product availability may vary due to sales activity both online and in-store.

If you would like to check the availability of a specific item before visiting, feel free to contact us via Instagram @shoprui or WhatsApp. Our team will be happy to assist you.

Click & Collect

We offer complimentary 'Pick Up' for all online orders.

Customers may choose to collect their orders from our retail store once they receive a notification that their order is ready for collection.

All 'Pick Up' orders must be collected within 14 days from the date of notification. If you are unable to collect your order within this period, please contact us in advance and we will do our best to assist.

Product Availability & Reservations

As inventory is updated regularly and certain styles may sell out quickly, availability displayed online may not always reflect real-time stock at our retail store.

At this time, we do not offer product reservations or holds for items in-store. Customers who wish to secure an item before visiting are encouraged to place an order through our website and select Click & Collect at checkout.

Payment Methods

We accept cash, debit cards, credit cards, DuitNow QR, and other available digital payment methods.

Exchanges & Returns

We do not offer refunds for purchases made in-store.

Exchanges are accepted within 7 days of purchase for regular-priced items, provided the item is unworn, unwashed, unaltered, with all original tags attached, and accompanied by the original receipt.

Sale items, promotional items, accessories, and items purchased using store credit are strictly non-exchangeable and non-refundable.

Store credits issued are non-transferable and cannot be carried forward beyond their validity period.
